OJIN is named after an isolated underwater volcanic mountain located in the Hawaiian-Emperor seamount chain and dedicated to Japan’s 15th emperor Ojin. This aquarium concept depicts the atmosphere of underwater landscapes and oceanic crust with steep slopes populated by incredibly colourful reef life. OJIN reinvents the classic aquarium as it incorporates witty moments by simulating abyss and mountains as a result from tectonic movements, and without any admixture of further materials or elements.
