CANAL+ is a French premium cable television channel owned by Vivendi. The channel broadcasts several kinds of programming, mostly encrypted. Viewers who wish to watch the channel’s more popular programming like new-release movies and live sport must subscribe to the service.
STUDIOFORMA created a Pop-Up point of sale concept for CANAL+. Inspired by CANAL+ distinctive logo, the iconic “+” has been transformed into a cubic installation with integrated tv-screens. The pop-up station clearly depicts the recognizable brand identity of CANAL+ and displays the functionality of a modern point of sale counter, besides the design aspects. The display is accessible from all directions which emphasizes the desired inviting and eye-catching message to visitors as well as passers-by.
The pop-up store will temporarily be displayed in three major shopping malls in the most populated metropolitan region, L’Île-de-France (FR).
